We have had quite a few people emailing support and I thought it would save you guys time if I posted the answers to some of your support queries regarding Free UK Stuff. Here are a few Free UK Stuff FAQs that may save you time.
Q. I have been unable to complete registration as I have not had a confirmation email. What do I do?
A. This is usually due to registration emails being placed in Junk/Spam email folder in error. Please look in your Junk/Spam email folder for this email, if you cannot locate this email contact us using the Contact Form provided and we will resend the Confirmation Email. (Please ensure that you allow this email through your email filter settings to allow future communications through.)
Q. Are featured offers and competitions valid outside the UK?
A. Please check individual competition Terms and Conditions for further details.
Q. I have lost my login details. What do I do?
A. Please contact us using our Contact Form providing the email address used for membership of Free UK Stuff
Q. I submitted a freebie and it is not yet featured on the site. What do I do now?
A. We update our listings every few days so please allow this time to add your freebie. Submissions must be suitable and meet all criteria including: products/service completely free and valid in the UK. Unfortunately we cannot respond to all submissions.
Q. The Rating icon does not change when I click on it. How do I activate the “Entered” feature?
A. When you click on the Rating icon a drop down box will appear above the search results. Select your score from 1 to 10 (10 being the best possible) and click on the Vote button to complete this process.
Q. Does clicking on the Rating icon actually take advantage of the offers for me?
A. No. This feature is to indicate which offers have been looked at. To actually get free stuff or enter competitions you must visit each individual site using the links provided and follow instructions.
Q. How will I be notified if I won a competition?
A. Winners will be contacted directly by the site running the competition.
Q. I can not access the offer site from the link given at Free UK Stuff. Why is this?
A. There may be a problem with the destination site. Please click on Report Dead Link and tick the box should you discover any dead links or inactive sites.
Q. How do I change the format of my email newsletter?
A. Please contact us using our main Contact Us online form to update your newsletter preferences. The options available are either text or HTML.
Q. I have entered loads of competitions and not won anything. Why have I not won anything?
A. Please keep trying. We have members who spectacular prizes each week so it could be you next time!
